Management Council

There shall be a Management Council as mentioned below to work as the executive body of the Academy under this Act or Regulations under this Act and the directions of the Assembly:

Functions, duties and rights of the Council: The council shall have the following functions, duties and rights:

To execute the decisions of the Assembly and follow the decisions of the Assembly issued time to time.
To present the annual programs, budget, audit report and other reports of the Academy before the Assembly for decision.
To protect and take care of the movable and immovable property of the Academy.
To manage and operate the fund of the Academy.
To make necessary arrangements for the management of administration and other sections of the academy.
To accept donations and gifts for the Academy.
To perform (other duties) as directed by the Assembly and as specified.
